Health Guarantee And Sales Contract

BUYER AGREES TO FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF SALE:

To keep the guarantee offered to you in force, you must have your dog ( puppy ) examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice NO LATER THAN THREE ( 3 ) BUSINESS DAYS from date of purchase. During the initial exam should your veterinarian find the dog ( puppy ) to be a poor health risk or detect any physical health problem that would require further veterinary care other than required vaccinations and or treatment for any type of parasites or bacteria, internal or external, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 36 HOURS. A diagnosis of coccidiosis, giarrdia, parasites, or any other type of bacterial infection does not render your dog ( puppy ) unhealthy. Your guarantee does not cover the above mentioned conditions. No veterinarian fee charged for the initial exam or for any other veterinarian services will be paid for by seller. If you neglect to take your dog ( puppy ) to a veterinarian for this examination, you will except immediate and full responsibility for it's health. Failure to follow and provide proper care for your dog ( puppy ) could result in nullification of this contract.
In accorance with the above, we also guarantee your dog ( puppy ) for a full seven ( 7 ) days from date of purchase against parvo, distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis and canine influenza. In the event your dog ( puppy ) does not pass the initial exam or should contract any of the above, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. The dog ( puppy ) and all related registration paperwork must be returned to seller accompanied by a legible written and signed veterinaian report, a complete history, a laboratory report and / or pathology report from a licensed laboratory. If your dog ( puppy ) is diagnosed with parvo, an igg and igm blood antibody tlter test must be done, AT BUYERS EXPENSE, with the results furnished to the seller. We will replace your dog ( puppy ) with the first availible dog ( puppy ) of equal quality, however, NO PART OF THE PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED. Full credit of the purchase price can be applied towards the purchase of a better quality dog ( puppy ) if desired and availible. AT NO TIME WILL DOG (PUPPY) BE REPLACED WITHOUT SAID DOG ( PUPPY ) BEING RETURNED TO SELLER AT BUYERS EXPENSE. REPLACEMENT DOG ( PUPPY ) WILL BE SHIPPED AT BUYERS EXPENSE.
There is no guarantee of the ability to breed, show quality, size, coat quality, temperament or adaptability. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO SPAY OR NEUTER YOUR PET. Buyer has read and understands the guarantee and acknowledges that NO CASH REFUND, IN PART OR IN FULL, WILL BE REFUNDED NOR WILL THE SELLER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETERINARY EXPENSES, AND OR ANY OTHER EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE PURCHASER. Buyer agrees to complete any necessary vaccinations and further agrees to have this dog ( puppy ) examined within three ( 3 ) days of purchase. Any veterinarian's diagnosis shall be subject to comfirmation by a veterinarian chosen by the seller. Should this veterinarian not concur with the diagnosis, the matter shall be presented to a third veterinarian mutually agreed upon by the seller and the buyer.
